Brickyard Plantation was developed in the early 1990's. It's green landscape, access to deep water and many amanities makes it one of Mount Pleasant's most desirable communities. Location: This neighborhood is situated north of Mount Pleasant town center on the corner of US 17N and US 41.

The Colonnade
This sub-section has approximately 105 homes which are located off US Highway 41 through it's own spearate entrance.

The Preserve
This sub-section is the 1st right turn off Brickyard Parkway passed the community clubhouse and pool complex.

Magnolia Grove
This sub-section has approximately 102 homes. It is situated 1st left of Brickyard Parkway after the community clubhouse and pool complex.

The Retreat
This sub-section has approximately 85 homes. It is situated 2nd right of Brickyard Parkway after the community clubhouse and pool complex.

Boone Grove
This sub-section has approximately 86 homes. It is situated 2nd left of Brickyard Parkway after the community clubhouse and pool complex.
 
The Brickyard
This sub-section comprises of approximately 128 homes. It is situated 3rd left of Brickyard Parkway after the community clubhouse and pool complex. It also contains the entranceway to McLean's Orchard
   
McLeans Orchard
This sub-section comprises of approximately 40 homes and is accessed throught Brickyard, follow Old Brickyard Way take 3rd left on to Brickman Way.
The Hamptons
This sub-section comprises of approximately ?? homes. It is situated 21st right off the traffic cirlce at the end of Brickyard Parkway.
The Landing
