Clements Ferry Corridor


The Clements Ferry Corridor is basically Clements Ferry Road and the land adjacent to it. The Clements Ferry Corridor runs from it's connection with Interstate 526 Junction 23 in the west in a large curve to it's connection with US Highway 41 to the northeast of Mount Pleasant. All of the Clements ferry Corridor is situated in Berkeley County.

It is a area of development and rejuvenation with large areas of woodland still undeveloped.

There are serveral  neighborhoods which lye off the Clements Ferry corridor, the main ones are as follows:

 

Beresford Creek Landing

This is small community of custon built houses with some homesite still available. The community has it's own Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Play Park and Tennis Courts. It also has it's own boot storage yard and a community dock for fishing and crabbing.

Beresford Hall

This is a large community of custom built homes ranging in home size and lot size. The community still has homesites available for you to build your own custon home. Some homes and lots are on a tidal creek.
