There are many "New Homes" construction companies around. The ones mentioned below are a few of the more major or prominant ones, this is not to say that they are the best or the worst.

There are many smaller or custom build companies out there that may have a home to suit your needs, this is one reason to use a Buyer's Agent or Realtor®.

A Buyer's Agent or Realtor is a "no cost" option to you as a Buyer of a new home. The cost of these services are paid for by the construction company is part of there operating costs. Not using a Buyer's Agent or Realtor will seldom reduce the cost of the home overall.

This is another Greenwood Communities project set in approximately 2000 acres of old hunting estate at the headlands of the Ashley River.
