There are many "New Homes" construction companies around. The ones mentioned below are a few of the more prominant ones. This is not to say that they are the best or the worst.

There are many smaller custom builders out there that may have a home to suit your needs. This is one reason to use a Buyer's Agent  (Realtor®).

A Realtor is a "no cost" option to you as a Buyer of a new home. The cost of these services are paid for by the construction company as part of there operating costs. Not using a Realtor will seldom reduce the cost of the home overall.

There are many new homes being built. Some are new phases in existing sub divisions or communities. Others are complete new communities that are being built.

This is a Greenwood Communities project set in approximately 2000 acres of old hunting estate at the headlands of the Ashley River.
