This community is built on land once granted to Nathaniel Law by King William III of England in 1698. It was later given to Charles Pinckney by John Savage as a fee for legal services.
Much of this community has mature trees, including live oaks. The community as it is now, started to take shape in the 1970's and has wide mix of styles. The Snee Farm Country Club golf course winds thought the homes. The lot sizes are generally on the larger side and the golf course gives an open feel in places.
Including the Condomiums and Townhouses there are over a 1000 homes within the Snee Farm Community.

Location: This large neighborhood is situated in a triangle between US 17, Long Point Road and Whipple Road, just north of Mount Pleasant town center.
