Wakendaw Lakes is actually a series of four separate developments: Wakendaw Lakes, Wakendaw Manor, Wakendaw-on-the-Creek, and Wakendaw Place located off Mathis Ferry Road in Mount Pleasant. There is a wide variety of properties in Wakendaw Lakes, with several deepwater lots, waterfront, marshfront and marshview, and lakefront properties.
The Wakendaw was started in 1968. The final parts were finished in 1985.
