The small town of Newberry, South Carolina, situated between Columbia and Greenville has a mystery billboard on I 26 announcing that it's "Hurricane Free". Apparently nobody will admit responsibility for the sign.
Newberry seams to be pride it's self on being a 'small American town' and why not!
